Coaching, management and padel development in different countries and contexts. A global view applied to the reality of each club and each player.
For seven years he managed and directed Padel Pax in Guadalajara, Spain — facilities, academy, budget, events and a team of more than 15 coaches. He has built an academy of over 300 students and developed players who reached the World Padel Tour.
